Refunds & replacements

I want all my customers to be happy and receive goods that they LOVE

If this is not the case, I will make arrangements to correct any manufacturing or printing defects on any of my products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for improperly ordered items.

I use print-on-demand services to fulfill your order. This means that when you place your order, the order is sent to a third party to be printed and shipped to you. As such, these third-parties do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect product ordering.

I make available product sizing charts for all products on the site and I make personal suggestions about my experiences with the sizing. Please take into consideration the sizing measurements as we are unable to provide returns or exchanges due to sizing. 

If your product is damaged or the print is not correct, to request a refund or free replacement item please email  marnie@bubbleandflute with detailed photos of the product fault within 7 days of receiving the product.

If you choose a refund instead of a reprint, once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
