About The Shop

All candles are shipped from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

For all other products, I use print-on-demand services to fulfill your order. This means that when you place your order on my website, your order is automatically sent to a third party to be printed and shipped to you. Items are usually printed in the US or Europe.

I clearly note any items in my shop that ship from Australia. I am based in Australia so I do try to accommodate local champagne lovers! 

I have used different suppliers to be able to offer variety and quality and a wide range of options.  

If you order more than one item from me, items may ship from different warehouses and arrive at different times. Shipping fee for each supplier will be applied at the cart. 
You will receive an email order confirmation that includes an estimate of shipping time where it is available from my provider.

All candles are shipped from Brisbane, Qld, Australia on the next business day following receipt of the order. I work with the awesome team at Shippit to ship your candle to you. You can check out their T&C Privacy etc on their website.

Shipping

Shipping times may vary even for different products within the same order but that will be advised when completing your transaction. 

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times are expected to continue to be longer than usual.

Most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.

Average shipping times for orders fulfilled in the United States are as follows: 

  • US 5 – 7 business days
  • Canada 10 – 15 business days
  • International 10 – 30 business days

Average shipping times for candles is estimated at:

  • Australia:  – 7 business days
  • International 10 – 30 business days

If your product is damaged or the print is not correct, to request a refund or free replacement item please email  marnie@bubbleandflute.com with detailed photos of the product fault within 7 days of receiving the product.

You do NOT need to post the item. Please email marnie@bubbleandflute.com with any questions.

Returns & Exchanges

I want all my customers to be happy and receive goods that they LOVE. 

If this is not the case, I can make arrangements for a refund or exchange ONLY to correct any manufacturing or printing defects on any of my products. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for improperly ordered items.

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. 

If you have received your product and it is damaged or the print is not correct, to request a refund or free replacement item, please email  marnie@bubbleandflute with detailed photos of the product fault within 7 days of receiving the product.

This is the ONLY reason I offer exchanges – to correct any manufacturing or printing defects on any of my products. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for improperly ordered items.

Payments

We only accept secure online payments for all products.

My shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex and JCB as well as Google Pay.

I ship to most international destinations. Costs for shipping is added to the checkout once you confirm your postal address.
